March 2020 Financial Update

March 2020 brought new funds raised of $40,000 and 8 new guild members. One time donations and collections on pledges totaled $80,000.

Work has not slowed in spite of the times we are living in.

Spending in March of $100,000 is the most so far and includes significant work by the architects and engineers, who are working directly with Fr. Rutledge, Fr. Wegner, and other priests making decisions on many details… getting “into the weeds,” as they say. Fr. Anderson and the ushers have provided input on the narthex (vestibule), including details on the small parlor (to be used during weddings and funerals) and the usher’s room, addressing functionality of spaces, size and location of work surfaces and bulletin boards, etc. The priests also worked with the architects on the basement, including details about offices, classrooms, and the Parish Hall. The work with engineers included figuring out where the piping is running, the duct work, how to keep things out of sight, etc. Meetings are being conducted using online conferencing; work has not slowed down.

We do understand that some are struggling due to current circumstances; if you need to contact us to adjust or delay your pledge payment schedule, you may email us at MyPledge@anewimmaculata.org. Most of you have continued making your pledge payments; thank you to all who are doing so. And thank you and welcome to those that are new to the effort!
